Why
does it cost more for the initial cleaning?
The initial cleaning always takes longer to perform
a thorough detailed cleaning of all the areas in
your home. In the maintenance cleaning some of
these tasks may be rotated (Such as interior windows,
crevicing edges of carpeted areas, moving heavier
pieces of furniture) Additionally some areas such
as shower tiles may require several processes initially
to meet our standard of cleaning.

I
work or am not at home in the daytime.. How do I
arrange for them to get in?
There are several options here.. You can hide
a key under a mat or in a grill just so we know
where to find it. We can also call you ½ hour
before we go to your home and you can meet the
crew there. We also have a safe and secure method
of keeping our clients keys. Keys are tagged numerically
with no names or identifying features on them and
we file them in a secure area. As an extra precaution
we do have a security system with 24 hour monitoring
at our office location.

What
type of chemicals do you use?
We are currently using a variety of products with
most of them being what our clients have requested
or expressed their preference for over the past
25 years. We do have some commercial cleaners that
we use in showers and specific areas to help reduce
labor.

Can
I get the same crew back on a regular basis?
It always work best if we can keep the same crew
and supervisor on each individual route but due
to sickness and family emergencies we cannot guarantee
this. In a typical situation as long as the clients
hasn’t changed their appointment or schedule
they will have the same crew each time.

My
job or situation requires that I am out of town several
times a year. Can I change my schedule?
Once we set your home up for a regular cleaning
schedule we will be there automatically on those
days and times to clean. In the event that you
need to change an appointment here or there we
only ask that you give us a 24 hour notice and
we will be happy to accommodate your request.

What
do I need to do to prepare for the cleaning crew?
Please keep in mind that we do not know where
you keep things if you could organize and clean
off the surfaces before they come to clean it will
ensure a better cleaning for you.

How
do I pay for the cleaning services?
You can simply leave a check out to Mini-Maids,
cash or by credit card at this web site. We do
not bill for the initial cleaning but subsequent
cleanings may be billed with an additional fee
of $10.00 for processing.
